Function : PGH1 main switchboard is the power distribution equipment independently developed by our company. It is an important equipment for receiving and distributing the electric energy from the ship generator set, protecting the generator, power grid and equipment, and measuring and managing the electric energy.
PGH1 type is suitable for power system, the main switchboards rated voltage up to and including AC690V, rated frequency 50/60 hz, stand-alone power below 3000 kw single generator or generator in parallel operation of power station, realize the whole ship power system, power generation and distribution of the control, protection, monitoring and management, and other functions, to ensure stable and reliable to the ship's electric power system load power supply.
Products meet GB/T 11634-2000, GB/T 7061-2003, domestic and foreign classification society standards and other requirements.

The main busbar adopts high quality electrolytic copper, tin plating treatment, horizontal layout in the distribution board

Ventilation and heat dissipation measures are provided, and the plate is equipped with a moisture-proof heater (optional).

Power station management system: the power system equipment collaborative management, to achieve the optimization of energy supply, and with a good man-machine interface, data transmission and communication interface, can be connected with the ship management system and data interaction

Distribution monitoring and management system: centralized monitoring of the electrical load equipment in the distribution network, to achieve the optimization of the distribution system, and with a good human-machine interface, data transmission and communication interface, can be connected with the ship management system and data interaction

Insulation monitoring system: positioning insulation fault load branches, and with a good man-machine interface, data transmission and communication interface, can be connected with the ship management system and data interaction

Health management system: to carry out health assessment and trend prediction for the power system, to provide decision support for the maintenance and maintenance of equipment, and has a good human-machine interface, data transmission and communication interface, can be connected with the ship management system and data interaction
