1.在电源输入端接入电源，合上各断路器，对应电源指示灯点亮。

2.测量各电压等级的试验端子、插座和灯座应有对应的电压输出，对应仪表显示正确的电压和电流。

3.打开“40W日光灯”、“20W日光灯”和“8W日光灯”旋钮，对应日光灯点亮。

4.打开“熔芯检测”旋钮，将红黑表笔分别接触熔芯两端，当熔芯完好时，“熔芯检测”指示灯点亮；当熔芯损坏时，“熔芯检测”指示灯不亮。
