Function : Type KYJ1 armored medium-voltage switchboard is mainly used in ship medium-voltage power system with rated voltage 3 ~ 11kV, main bus current 4000A and rated frequency 50Hz or 60Hz, providing comprehensive control and protection for generators, motors, transformers and cables. It has the functions of remote intelligent control, detection and diagnosis of the running state of the switchboard, etc. The products meet the classification society standards of CCS, ABS and DNV at home and abroad.

Features :

Miniaturization: The minimum external dimensions of a single screen are: width 650mm× depth 1450mm× height 2200mm

Standardization: Can install circuit breakers and integrated protection devices of ABB, SIEMENS, GE, Schneider and other domestic and foreign brands

Vibration resistance: the key parts have vibration reduction measures

Safety: With safety interlock and arc protection functions

Fire-resistant arc: Each screen is designed for the fire-resistant arc of cable room, handcart room and bus room, and the high-pressure room has an independent pressure-relief channel

Prior maintenance: the secondary control room and secondary cables are located in the front of the switchboard for convenient maintenance

Armored type: cable room, bus room and handcart room are completely independent, and do not affect each other during maintenance

Intelligent: intelligent motor drive module for handcar and ground switch, intelligent temperature monitoring and diagnosis module for distribution board, and intelligent monitoring and diagnosis module for circuit breaker can be configured
